**** Well it was when I started liking "It's Time" that "Radioactive" appeared near the bottom of the Hot 100, so now that I'm liking "Radioactive" more, they've got this sitting on the bottom of the Hot 100, and like the former I find myself somewhat puzzled at this for the moment. But still, good for a new band kicking off their chart success like this. Like "It's Time", this has an anthemic feel to it with a very satisfying chorus. Good but not quite as good as those two songs.
**** Während mich "Radioactive" so richtig fasziniert, ist "It's Time" total austauschbar. Mit "Demons" folgt eine weitere Single aus "Night Visions", welche leider eher in Richtung "It's Time" geht... nett, aber nicht spektakulär.
on your left is a lamer version of U2's Joshua Tree (It's Time), on your right is a lamer version of U2's Achtung Baby (Radioactive) but oh god right infront of us is a horrifyingly lame version of U2's Joshua Tree AND Achtung Baby combined and its Demons are headed this way, run to the hills. ****** Love it, despite apparently not being able to recognise it :P It has a good chance of being a big hit here if attention is given to it I think. It does remind me of We Are Young a bit, though I actually prefer this over We Are Young.
**** This seems really inoffensive, especially for their standards brought by "Radioactive". It reminded me of "On My Way" by Charlie Brown more than anything, but the innocuousness actually made me think of that sucky band that sucks at one point and having them in my head while listening to a very good band did not make me happy (I promise I won't ever compare them again! :P). I guess I shouldn't be surprised as "On Top Of The World" wasn't exactly edgy or anything, but still I was hoping for something with more to it. "On Top Of The World" also had that happy background music to help with the mood, while I'm not really sure what this is going for. The production in the chorus also sounds very "Radioactive" inspired but nowhere near as good. But on a more positive note, I think this has a pretty good melody especially in the chorus, and I quite like the pre-chorus build-ups, and of course I wouldn't be surprised if it grows on me a lot. 3.5* for now, rounded up because I like Imagine Dragons.
